About Our Pieces

Do your items come with proof of age or provenance?

We describe each piece as accurately as possible, including any maker's marks, labels, stamps, or documentation that came with it. Many pieces are sourced from estate sales or private collections where formal paperwork is limited — we note this when it applies. If you have questions about a specific piece before buying, reach out and we'll share everything we know.

Can I request additional photos before buying?

Absolutely. Send us a message through the Contact page with the item you're interested in, and we'll send additional angles, detail shots, or measurements within 1–2 business days.

Buying

Can I make an offer on a piece?

Yes. Use the "Make an Offer" button on any product page and we'll respond within 1–2 business days. If you love something and the price isn't quite right, it's worth asking.

Do you hold items?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we're unable to hold pieces without payment. If you're serious about something, the safest move is to purchase it — we offer a straightforward return policy if it doesn't feel right once it arrives.

Is local pickup available in Nashville?

Yes — local pickup is available in Nashville. Reach out through the Contact page to arrange a time.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How do you pack fragile and breakable items?

Every piece is packed by hand. Fragile items are wrapped in tissue, cushioned with bubble wrap, and double-boxed with foam bracing. We'd rather spend extra time packing than have something arrive damaged.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are significantly not as described. Items must be returned in the same condition received, with original packaging when possible. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was misrepresented in the listing.

What if I change my mind after purchasing?

Reach out within 24 hours and we'll do our best to accommodate a cancellation before the item ships. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

About The Shop

Where do you source your pieces?

Primarily from premier auction houses and private collections across the United States. Every piece is personally selected — we don't buy in bulk or source from wholesale dealers. If it made it into the shop, someone here genuinely loved it.

Do you buy collections or take pieces on consignment?

Not currently, though we occasionally make exceptions for the right pieces. If you have something special, feel free to send us a message through the Contact page.
