Antique Springerle Folk Art Figural Hand-Carved Wooden Cookie Mold

This antique hand-carved wooden Springerle mold features a charming full-length folk art figure, likely dressed in traditional European costume. Carved in deep relief, the mold was originally used to press detailed designs into cookie dough for celebratory biscuits. Its substantial size and fine craftsmanship suggest it was both a functional kitchen tool and a decorative item, now prized as a piece of culinary folk art from the late 19th to early 20th century.
